# Sync the catalog

> Mirror Wasmou products in your own shop without hammering the API.

`GET /catalog` returns everything in one response, so one request refreshes your whole shop.

```bash theme={"dark"}
curl https://api.wasmou.net/api/catalog -H "X-Api-Key: YOUR_API_KEY"
```

```json theme={"dark"}
{
  "status": "success",
  "data": {
    "generated_at": "2026-10-04T10:21:00+00:00",
    "categories": [{ "id": 10, "name": "Mobile Gaming" }],
    "products": [{
      "id": 15, "name": "PUBG Mobile UC", "category_id": 10,
      "requires_input": true,
      "input_fields": { "player_id": { "rules": "required" } },
      "variants": [{
        "id": 15, "name": "60 UC", "price": 245.59, "currency": "DZD",
        "delivery": "key", "in_stock": 6, "available": true
      }]
    }]
  }
}
```

## Recommended pattern

1. Refresh the catalog every **5 to 15 minutes**, or on demand when a customer opens a product.
2. Match products and variants by `id`. IDs are stable; names and prices change.
3. Hide variants where `available` is `false`.
4. Treat `in_stock` as a hint, not a promise. Always handle a purchase error.
5. Add `?category_id=10` to fetch one category.

<Tip>
  Show your customers your own selling price. The `price` you get is your wholesale cost.
